All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect flavor or product selection

  • Buyer’s remorse


Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
