Age & Legal Compliance
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
We only ship to locations where hemp-derived products are permitted by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws before ordering.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following states due to legal restrictions on certain hemp-derived products:
Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Rhode Island
Orders placed to restricted states may be canceled and refunded.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
